You can provide products and/or services to the Wipeduck community through the Wipeduck Marketplace (“Listings”). Each Listing is subject to a $0.00 cost. All Listings will be shown on the Wipeduck Marketplace for a maximum of thirty (30) days, with no more than one (1) Listing per product/service allowed. All Listings must be approved by Wipeduck. However, Wipeduck does not guarantee or promote the quality or operation of any items or services advertised in Listings, either expressly or implicitly.

The following terms apply to the Wipeduck Marketplace as well. You must not: (a) publish affiliate links; (b) infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any intellectual property rights, including selling products connected to copyright-infringing material (movies, music, television series, etc.); or (c) infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any intellectual property rights, including the sale of products related to copyright-infringing material (movies, music, television shows, etc.); (c) advertise, market, promote, or otherwise refer to another cost per acquisition network; and/or (d) advertise, market, promote, or otherwise refer to any type of “blackhat” services or products that encourage or in any way refer to unlawful activities of any kind or nature. All Wipeduck Marketplace purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued. Wipeduck maintains the right, at any time and for any reason, to remove Your Listing without previous notification to You. Wipeduck invites You to report any questionable Wipeduck Marketplace postings as soon as possible.
